| Here is an example of an existing aluminium/timber window frame that has been converted for glass bricks. The aluminium portion of the window frame has been removed and the glass bricks laid across the gap between the timber jamb and the outside brickwork. In most cases the architrave inside can stay in place as well creating a very simple and cost effective upgrade to a more modern and "curtain free" bathroom window (or any other for that matter) |
