I'm
writing to thank you for the installation of my glass brick window/wall.
From my
first point of contact with you I was confident I would employ your
services, providing your quotation measured up favourably with others I
would seek. Other estimates given were similar to yours; perhaps
slightly higher.
In
particular I appreciated your professional manner and your willingness
to "go that extra distance." By this I mean your preparedness to
directly contact my neighbours to inform them precisely re any
disruption caused to their property, both in terms of materials used and
time required. Those seemingly little, but time consuming concerns,
such as replacing vines with appropriate bolts and supplying touch-up
paint for any cosmetic repairs, can make all the difference when
cooperation from neighbours is so vital in order for the work to
proceed.
At the
end of the day I was, and am, delighted with the end result. Your
workers' constant courtesy and cheerfulness of manner helped make the
two days pass very easily for me. The wall is wonderful; it has
achieved exactly what I'd hoped for - that is, far greater light in my
dining/lounge area but with the retention of complete privacy for both
the neighbours and myself. My family and friends have all passed very
complimentary comment.
If you
have a potential client who would like to see a wall like mine, I would
be more than happy to help in this regard.
